Supplied damaged set

Ridiculous, I could say, this the worst online service I have ever experienced in my life. I have ordered a cell phone(Purchase id 8867397) on 19th May - they delivered the set on 21st. Unfortunately, it was a damaged set, when called customer care. They suggested I should go to the service centre and get the “newly purchased set” repaired.


After continuous calls and emails, they arranged for picking up the damaged one, but till today, the 30th May, I didn’t get a replacement set.


Friends, colleagues, for god’s sake I request you all please don’t order things from infibeam. Flipkart is the best, very responsible, reliable, their customer care is the best .
