Item. Karbonn a9+ mobile
I bought Karbonn a9+ mobile phone on 25/02/2013, phone using starting day getting problems, the phone was not working properly, i went to karbonn service center for repair, karbonn service center people check imei number their systems, imei status showing, this imei number NOT IN SERVICE
Same Informed to the infibeam customer care, till now issue is not solved (today 09/05/13) i called to infibeam customer care above 50 times every time they are saying escalated issue to concern department they will cal you, till now nobody cal me and issue is not solved.
They are selling un warranty products. Waste customer care. Any one guide me how to resolve the issue. My advice to all don’t buy any thing at infibeam.com.
