This is one dealer who has no customer centricity at all. It is the Honda Dealership of Frontier Motors.
The DNA of treating customer as nothing floats in all other car dealership Frontier Motor owns e.g. Kia.
Staff courtesy is only till you have not paid. You may keep calling, but once the payment has reached them customer is a nobody.
Service is so pathetic that even if you get the issue written in the job card, even then it will not get done. Issues like delay in getting RC, fitting tilted number plate, etc, is not their fault at all, as per the management.
After Service vehicle is likely to be returned with interiors literally filthy, even dirtier than how a customer leaves the car with them. They will not do any predelivery checks and waste your time rectifying faults as you keep pointing them out.
Honda motors themselves have no control over them and even written complaints to Honda Motors does not get resolved.
