We had an accident and my brother’s car Toyota etios liva got damage front and back side. Therefore, I went at infinium toyota, I was asked to wait 20-30 minitues to any one get free to survey the damages. I waited 45 minutes, then a person came and surveyed car damages and asked me to wait for the quotation.
I waited a long like more than an hour but no one came with the quote. I remind agiain but asked me to wait because person is busy to serving another customer. I waited nearly 3 hours just for a damage quote. I was frustrated and asked do you want to give any quote of damage or not? Then a person start working on my survey after 45 minitus, he gave me the quotation.
Overall I spend 4 hours for a quotation. Customer waiting lounge is good with tv, snackes and water but customer service is worst.
