I bought the Infinix Note 12 Pro 5G on Feb 3, 2023, trusting this brand for the first time. Since then, I have faced the same display bleeding issue FOUR times within just over a year. Here’s my full timeline:
Jan 2024 – First display issue. Replaced under warranty.
June 8, 2024 – Second time, same issue. Paid ₹2800 to replace display (2-month warranty given).
Aug 21, 2024 – Third time. Same issue again. ASM helped replace display & back door for free (Sep 25).
April 16, 2025 – Fourth time, same issue AGAIN. This time, no free service. Support has been delaying for nearly a month with no clear resolution.
Despite replacing the display multiple times, the core issue remains unresolved, and my mobile’s screen is again unusable. I have email proof, call logs, and visit history. But the company keeps replying with copy-paste responses like “please wait” without action.
I even recommended this brand to others — including gifting the same model to my brother — but this experience is nothing but a betrayal of trust.
Please think twice before buying Infinix. If you face an issue, don’t expect reliable after-sales support. The device quality is poor, and the service is even worse.
