Still searching for a descent smartphone under 10K. Read my following review.
I bought Infinix Note 4 five months back and am reviewing it on the 1st day of New Year 2018. I will definitely say it is a great phone in the under Rs. 9000/- price tag . I have the Ice Blue Model which is really elegant looking.
Pros:
1) A big 5.7 inch screen with HD display will really mesmerise you while watching movies or playing games.
2) Although it has Mediatek processor but the phone is considerably fast.
3) Great RAM management for a 3 GB phone.
4) Biggest battery. Once charged then forget to charge for the whole day even with heavy usage. Moreover they will provide you the fastest charger in market.
5) 32 GB internal memory is a bliss.
6) Almost all the games can be played well.
7) Frequent updates are given.
8) Both front and back cameras are awesome. Even the rear camera has professional mode where you can adjust the aperture, shutter speed and iso. Excellent video recording.
9) Great sound volume and clarity.
10) Excellent blue back cover.
11) External memory card slot is available along with dual sim slots.
12) Jelly case provided with the phone.
13) Lots of service centres are shown in their website. Since I didn’t visited one so I cannot comment.
14) Option of scroll shot is there which has some really god usage.
15) There is a freezer app which really keeps the phone tidy and clean.
16) Lots of bloatware but some of it are really useful.
17) Double tap to open and close screen is really helpful.
18) The dual split screen feature of android nouget which is there in this phone is cool enough.
Cons:
1) Occasionally you would not be able to hear the caller. I am still not sure if it is the phone problem or the network issue.
2) Too big to handle for regular usage.
3) Once dropped from hand sound output is muted. Then after several hard tapping on the phone the sound returned. Its obvious that there is a loose connection. I think a new phone should not be so easily loose connected.
4) Cases and screenguards are still not available in the matket.
5) Photo galleries takes some time to load.
6) There was some video playback frame drop issues but was fixed with an update.
As you can see the pros of the phone easily overtakes the few trivial cons. You may definately go for it. Happy shopping in this New Year.
