I have used almost all infocus devices as I am from service line. Though, I cannot say this company has very bright future. Lets come to InFocus M370i, personally this phone is too good for reading. It has higher screen to body ratio, still I don’t understand why company is branding them a lot on their set. I found that infocus branding on front panel useless.
Design - As I’ve already said, for reading it is good. Grab any PDF, kindle or read your study material from it. Display quality is good(not the best), watching movies on it is good too as it is light in weight. Overall build like keys placement is comfortable. The rear panel which is plastic, however looks inferior. The fashion variant of this device comes in white color which too looks pretty basic.
Performance - Performance wise it is average and process handling is poor. It lags on app drawer. It starting heats after around 20-30 minute of usage and battery charging is dull. Battery backup is low as compare to its battery reading. Gaming performance is horrible.
Sound Quality - Fine, not much loud and scratching. It has good sound quality to be honest.
Network - VoLTE is a myth however signal reception is good and making call via 2G, 3G network provide clarity. Net speed with JIO is fine.
Pro Point - You will get regular OTA updates.
Availability - You can buy it from local or online store. Please beware some of local dealers are charging much amount that current price. Be sure to check price online first. Never fall on their trap.
