I have been reviewing this phone from last few days and what Ive got will shock you. This phone(now) cost around 9K and still sellers are selling at their own price, 12K to 14K. Beware of it. Buy it from online only.
Now come to the actual review.
InFocus M812 is technically better than other InFocus android phones, viz, M535, M680, Epic 1. This phone is best for those who want a phone which never lags and/or give premium looks. I have not played any heavy game but the performance of this device is far better than comparing handsets.
> Overall build quality is good, gives a 14K-15K handset looks on hand, this phone is heavy though.
> Speaker volume is average, can be improved with FX(need root).
> Camera performance for front is average, not best not worst. Rear camera is good even on 2X zoom it preserve readability. Making video over 10 min is smooth and rear quality is good as I already mentioned.
> Gaming is okay. Its not for gamer as this is metal unibody and can heats up. Yes this phone heats, like most of the modern gen phones.
> Network connectivity is fine, it has VoLTE OTA update, receiving and making call has no issue.
> InLife UI is smooth, lags lesser, can be improved if you port Color OS or Flyme.
Things to consider.
> Dont buy and cheap rubberized back cover for it. Go with silicone case which focus on its bumper. This phone material can get rusted.
> Use CCleaner app to clean useless cache in your phone. This phone heats which its serious issue. You need to clean your phone weekly.
> Buy a tempered glass, this phone is too heavy and even it fall from very low surface can get display shattered.
> Buy it from online only, your local dealer can make you fool.
> Their is one another variant M812i is available, still I suggest you to go with this one, this far too heavy from it.
Thanks
