I had taken my infocus turbo 5 last year in august. It works fine and battery backup was also too good. On day it got switch off when I was on vedio calling at whatsapp after that I face a problem of slow charging. It takes 35 to 40 hours to full charging. After few days a new problem occurred, of not getting charge when phone is switched on. I am too much confusing of same problem.
I shall be thanfull for this act of kindnesses. The phone shuts down automatically when the battery percent is very high and when it restarts the battery percent decreases. It even shuts down on battery above 80% plz just tell me what to do with it. And when it shuts down automatically, sometimes it opens with the battery percent decrease and sometimes it does not open at all and if it does it shuts down again.
