From the first day itself, the performance of the product is poor even without any external apps installed and touch sense also not good. RAM and processors are not up to the level as mentioned by the manufacturer it seems. I previously used redmi 2 prime, I loved that speed and touch sense. Overall I am disappointed with the product.
