This is what I experienced in Infosys BPO (A career destroying trustworthy path provided by Infosys).
Actually I had 2.5 Experience of Java and related technology in development. I joined Infosys BPO as they mentioned in the interview that you guys are working on the Infosys BPO PAYROLL, but working for the Infosys Limited.
The HR as well as the manager level employee don’t have the common sense what is the technology job. They just put up the employees in the queue, though they have the technology expertise and allocate the work for the data entry as well for any kind of thing that can be done by a 9th class student if got allocated for that.
They don’t know about the technology, they don’t know about the job profile and they don’t think about the employee career profile.They don’t think about the employee. If a technology employee loses his technological profile that means he has lost his career.
So I strongly suggest you friends that those who have technical background don’t go for any third party payroll in your life time.
