3 accidents in a year! No not kiddin.Action taken.driver of the cab fired. Well thats a classic reative measure; the result.3 months down the line another accident & action taken.driver fired.result another acident!
Now I guess there is more for Infosys to learn about road and cab safety. To make matters worse their office is situated way out of city limits.closer to Lonavala I must say. So if the employees dont take the cab they have to commute by the company bus! Whose driver has a time of his own and may choose to end his destination where he pleases.
Now readers from Mumbai wouldn’t mind the Bus.but here in Pune there no such thing as Public Transport. So Infosys is in-sync with PMC and oblige the rickshaw drivers to make their living. Hell.the employees now even have to pay for the Bus they take!
I dont know of many reputed BPO’s in Pune are following this.most of them have Cab pick up & drop facilities at all times of the day!
