I am Danish I have done my bachelor’s so I went looking for the job in BPO sector as I have a dream to work in BPO. so my friend told me about the infosys BPO ltd. I got selected in interview and started working there. I had a good experience with infosys for 2 years. I got selected for the tech process. The HR team and higher authorities over here are very helpfull.
First I joined the training fo the process of tech support. TL and managers also friends are really great here. and also I recommend some of my bachelor friends to work here for atleast 6 months.
After working here for a long time I got promoted as a operations manager which was very big accomplishment for me. and I love working as a operational manager. the process was smooth and edgy. they offer perks and incentives as well and the salary was given on perfect time.
There is a growth in this job. if you work fo atleast 3 years here you will be given a better promotion and also the communication skill will be improved.
I would say this is the best job for freshers.
