I joined Infosys on 17 Nov-2008. Initially it was a good experience. I mean the training provided at Mysore. I enjoyed the competitive part and finished it successfully. Now after the that when Infosys had no work for us they provided us with extended training which had no connection with us. I mean I was recruited as software engineer and was trained in IMS.
After we completed this tiring extended training again Infosys had no work for us so they posted us in CCD department which was none less than a call center Job. When we said no we cant join this then we were told either join or leave the company. We had to go to the user seat and fix the issues they are facing with their systems. INFOSYS HAS ACTUALLY RUINED MY CARRER BY POSTING A SOFTWARE ENGINEER TO A CALL CENTER JOB. HRD head NANDITA GUJJAR WAS GETTING HIKES DURING RECESSION TIME AND REACHED 90 Lacs BUT HAD NO MERCY ON THE EMPLOYEES.
ALL THE PEOPLE WHO HAD GOOD MORAL VALUES HAVE LEFT THIS COMPANY AND NOW INEXPERIENCED CALL CENTER PEOPLE ARE RUNNING IT. SO MANY PROMISES WERE DONE WITH US DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD AND NONE OF THEM WERE FULFILLED. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY.
