Infosys is one of the leading buisness Business process outsourcing company of India and generating a huge income from its business process outsourcing processes but the employees are not comfortable with the working environment , two of my friends are working in Infosys bpo and they are frustrated with bad shift arrangement , they are thinking to change their jobs . there is no security and work load is so high.
