No Work, all politics and power play. If u r not good at buttering, forget onsite, forget rating and worse if u have an argument for genuine reasons as well - the power play comes IN. The HR’s and Manager will b on 1 side. The GM’s and DM’s are pretty lame and don’t know anything, so just follow whatever the PM says..and crap - He/She smiles while u leave/cry....Either u will b on bench fully or u will b expected to work for 18 hours in a project - ironical !
The whole profit is divided into the HR’s who r far from being polite and decent, and the rest of the lower job level staff suffers - with 0% annual hike or 5% or less..!! It will make u handicapped, and would not benefit u, only itself in the long run..
