I worked with two other Indian Companies before joining Infosys. The transformation was like moving from educated class to pick pockets, thieves, robbers. No values, no ethics, dangerously incompetent. I honestly felt that government should intervene to close this company for the sake of Indian Software Industry and Indian Software Professionals.
It is the only company I have seen which uses T&M resources for other clients.
They cheat good very senior people(Architect) from competing companies and put them as TL for other vendor at client.
Harassment and exploitation is very open by managers(who may be juniors)/ old timer juniors. If you protest, they shamelessly term you as unprofessional and unacceptable.
At onsite, managers(including Engagement Managers, client partners) don’t have guts to open their mouth in front of client. They are of Slave attitude.
No respect for employees.
Any level of escalation is useless.
