I was with IEL for more than an year and a half. It was quite a good experience working with most of the verticals as I was into Quality. Now that I have mentioned Quality here, the co. has recently been experiencing a big dip in this front after the retirement of few of the mgmt staffs in this dept. On the whole, it is not that bad a co. that you think, but can be a great place if you take the initiative to get the work done or atleast make an attempt to do so.
Do not rely on other’s expertise, but on your own skill and confidence to show how its to be done. If you do so, you are well appreciated else you could be taken in for some few surprises. I left becuase of the trainings that were promised but not given and the mgmt in the quality dept that made few blunders. Thats it!
