Read anything later ... first these few lines:

1. Company has stopped provided any kind of basic services to employees including TEA and COFFEE

   
   




2. On the top of that they have started charging employees for the tea and coffee through tea/ coffee machine. For Each Tea or coffee they are charging 3 rupees and for each cup of warm water - 1 rupee.

   
   




3. For all cab availing employees they have increased the charges enormously.

   
   

Now you can read the rest of the old post. It was my first company. I personally had bad experience there. Reasons were many. For most of the people it is trusted, that those who work more than 3-4 years are TYPED and cant leave it.

Now let me point out the things which I felt were bad:

1. Infra: For me I found company is not at all bothered for the infrastructure .. although they spend on it but they spend according to their own wish .. not by taking care of the employees as u knw employee care is just not a point to take care...for example - lift is not there .. although there are 4 floors and the cafeteria is on the top floor. so every time u need to go there please do some exercise.

2:Management: the management is the same for most of the companies I feel, so I can include the management of that company in the same category.

1. Culture: No openness, no transparency. earlier people were not allowed to take tea cups on the work station even. However, now they are allowed for it. you cant attend your calls when you are on work, for the whole 8-9 hrs. only in break time you can do so.

   
   




2. Growth: This is something which was majorly responsible me forcing to leave the office.

   
   

Now there could be n number of reasons. so this much only I could recollect, as already its being long that I left that company.

People have different taste, different choices, different opinions... so I dont mind people taking it in their own ways as its all natural.

Also as we live in a democratic country, so I am free to write my reviews for products listed here as this is the intended purpose of this site...

But still .. sorry .. keep no hard feelings
