My TV hasn’t been repaired, it has been 4-5 months! They are not willing to replace. Every time some cheap mechanic comes n repairs. The tv works for few days then again stops working. This is happened 3 times now. Careless attitude. I have to call them again n again. I have to call their vendor, I have to chase up 100s of people to follow up. The infy shield person tells me ki "sir, aap mechanic se baat kar ke pressure daalo, to hi woh ayega. Else he wont come". Really WTF!
I’m still waiting for my damaged tv to be replaced/repaired. They’re just trying to delay the process so that my extended warranty with them expires and they can run away with my money.
Be ready to take legal help if u make the mistake of buying warranty from infyshield. As they are a bogus n fraud company
