I have unfortunately taken a home loan from ING Vysya bank just to know how pathetic a bank can be , their customer support never had ready information on my account. Also the EMI were not deducted on time which resulted in charging more interest and a couple of time late fee. You got to have real patientce to deal with some bunch of morons working for this bank. My Advice even for the least INTEREST rate dont get your mental piece disturbed by having relation with such an Unprofessional bank, it really SUCKS.
Moreover every time you speak to a REP who promises to call you back, it never happens just wait for it indefinately.My interest rate took a hike without I having any knowledge about it , after almost Six months I get a letter stating that the Diff in the Int rate hike was not paid by me result of which I had to make an Instant payment to compensate the diff in my EMI and the increased EMI.
