I have had an ING Direct savings account for over year now and have had a great experience with them. They have the best interest rates that I could find, and there are no minimum balances and no hidden fees. I’ve never had any problems with them. Transferring money in and out of my account is easy and their website is very easy to use. The only cons about this bank is that you must have your own personal checking account in order to transfer money. Also, there are no ATMs or branches to withdraw money. You must transfer it to your personal checking account. Also, there is a small delay in the time it takes to transfer money (about 2-3 days), however, this has been my experience with all other banks. All in all, this is a great bank.
