I’ve had ING Direct Savings since a year and I’ve had no problems with them. Customer support is great. I haven’t been charged any weird fees(unlike most banks). Now they have Orange Electric(a checking account) that gives 3.5% interest! I’m very very happy with them.
They also have great over draft protection. If you go over then no problem, they’ll lend you the money and charge 11% APR interest rate. Pay it back quickly and you don’t loose anything.
This is how a bank SHOULD work. I’m so glad that I’ve found these guys and now I’m going to get rid of all the horrible brick and mortar bank accounts that I had been stuck with.
They also have 32, 000 free ATMs in the US. You also get a mastercard debit card with orange electric. You can send paper checks to people from the website. Setting up direct deposit is easy as well.
