Beware of the ING VYSYA bank, they process your loan fast with attractive interest rates and within 6 months they will raise the rate by 2 percent, no rules is explained to you, currently customers are payting 12.5 percent .but fresh loans can be sanctioned even at 10 percent!
Customer care is horrible, toll free number avg. success time is about 45 minutes, you need to listen to ad. music of ING Vysya bank for 45 minutes!
Once you are connected to so called customer care bi4ches, they will invariably say the system is hanging, call tomorrow.
Write email, reponse will take min. 3 days and maximum, your email is ignored and is never addressed.
Interest rate told by two people will not be same, charges told by two people will not be same.
They will accept part payment cheque but then you have to beg them to present it for weeks!
Finally, they will courier back the cheque saying blah blah blah reason(tenure cannot be reduced, only 25 percent can be accepted, rules changed with immediuate effect etc etc)
If you foreclose, you need to get approvals for that we need to wait for 12-18 working days.
Lastly after going throu all these they will INVITE you atleast three times to their office and tell YOU PLEASE COME NEXT WEEK.
Last week I went to ING VYSYA bank on Mission road, almost 90 percent customers were angry and ready to fight with the staff. Some hurling abuses on manager, staff etc etc. then they are told to sit in seperate room NO AC! After half an hour they will call and only postpone things.
While issuing loan they dont even come and inspect the property physically, for some it sounds fine, but think of how careless they are.
After loan is sanctioned expect the salesman begging for some tips as if he has done favor to you.
Some customers were saying that customer care systematically targets people misbehaving and will put you in more trouble. For instance they will take off some documents and will sayyou had not give, we have to search itcome back after one month, one of the guys Khatha was missing and they were telling him to come after two months. So be careful when you hand over documents, take a written letter of documents they will hold, 99% people dont do this trusting bank, but you may miss up some on the recieving day!
I had two similar loans one with IDBI and one with ING, IDBI has very good standard compared to ING Vysya bank, at ING Vysya bank they behave very rudely and have no respect for customer. IDBI acts swiftly, documents were handed to me within 10 mins. of paying the final amount. IDBI manager even sipped coffee and chatted on last day and offered me 1% discount if I am going for fresh loan.
ING VYSYA bank managers looks and behaves like thugs.
If you are going for home loan please avoid this bank, go for PSU which have well laid rules.
Please tell your friends & relatives to avoid ING-VYSYA, I will not recommend this bank to even my worst enemy.as it is torture of very high degree.
If any of the responsible bank employee is reading this review then he should commit suicide if he/she has any shame left in him/her. The treatment meted out to the consumers is pre-planned by top management and flows down till the customer care executives, they are thieves in the guise of bank. They motive is to cause inconvinience to consumer even for gaining Rs.200/-. Shameless CREATURES
