Address Change** – Since my stay was extended in Europe, I sent an request an request for address change from their internet banking. To my horror they told me that the only way to change address is that either you come to bank personally or send someone personally with evidence!NO other options of Address change?
PAN Card – ING Vysya didn’t informed me on my internet banking Inbox and also NOT on my email. However they sent and email they they tried to contact me at my address and phone numbers. Since they didn’t got me, they are suspending my bank account! Notice they did NOT gave me online but after suspending they sending me a email!
Address Change – I sent an email to 2 ING Vysya bank brances that I will come personally to change address, so suggest what document you require. But there is no reply from them in last 1 week.
They don’t have any branch within 10 km radius of Kandivali in Mumbai so its pain to visit multiple times for address change if I they asked for some more foolish docs.
*Thus finally I guess its time to file a case of harassment, intensional harassment and deficiency in service.
Its my review, so that people can be aware of ING Vysya.
All this even when I have 5 lacks in my account for more than a year.
