Friends, wanted to caution you before you take Home loan from ING vysya bank. They are one of the worst managed bank. As long as your loan is not sanctioned, the agent will be very helpful and help you. After loan is sanctioned, your problems will start. They will swiftly keep on increasing the loan rate.
Currently, while all the banks are offering loan at around 9%, they charge 11%.They change several policies without your consent and make you pay heavily for part payments and foreclosures.
Worst of all, you will really struggle to be able to contact them and getting response. I am load holder with them for quite sometime and beleive me, you are better not to go for loan with ING Vysya bank. I am seriouly ruing the fact to doing business with them and trying to close my loan. Even personal loan is better that taking home loan from them.
