First of all Please understand ING VYSYA BANK is not nationalised bank its a multinational bank, Due their service and huge losses they have sell their to KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK.
Now after Ing Vysya Bank become Kotak Mahindra Bank, but the service remain same, I can say it has been become worst than before, they wont give you clarity on the product.
Not even this the sales manager or you can say executive behavior is very much rude. If any one wants to open an account they wont treat you properly. if they have treated well then they wont share any hidden charges. if the customer is illiterate its bank duty to provide proper and complete information to the customer.
