HP has opened a new division for cheating people; I am the victim for it.
I had purchased a HP LaserJet 1020, under their scheme of free Cartridge Toner on 16th of August 2005, I was told by the dealer that you have to register on the web and the HP Company would send you the Toner to you. But till now there has been no respond after I have registered with them and also got an email conformation of the Redeem Voucher No. But no free items as they have promised.
Now I tried to contact them via email and also was asked to contact at Delhi office with the provided nos. in reply mail via registration. But I was disappointed as there has no proper reply till now; I had contact the chief of India, as well as to the CEO and President Mark Hurd of the Company.
I am yet waiting for their reply.
I was also cheated when I bought a HP LaserJet 1015 with a free web cam about 2 years ago, you will not believe I had to pay Rs.260/- towards the offer and unbelievable they wanted to see the physical printer, while they insist Ted on taking the’imprint’ of the serial nos. as if I had stolen the printer. But this people have not changed. I can guarantee you that this HP company has opened a cheating department.
My dear friends so please make sure that when ever you buy any HP product with any free offer please see to it that it comes with you on the spot and please don’t allow them to cheat you or they will make you feel bagger and laugh at you that they have cheated you.
Beware from these cheaters named HP.
