Adding to the regular worst experience, excluding few rest all the staff is unprofessional and unpunctual.

Being a regular visitor of Inlaks due to past medical history My Mom was assured of getting discharged within 2 days.
But due to laziness of the staff it got delayed, the staff didn’t clear the formalities in time and whenever approached they didn’t talk properly.
Being an insurance customer faced a hard time and kept running from desk to desk communicating and requesting the staff for actioning their duty in a timely manner.
Finally when my Mom got discharged I got to know that there were medicines left which were not used amounting to 1400/-rs
When I tried returning it for getting a refund everyone denied and left me with no option.
