I work as professional with a MNC and was looking for someone to help me to enhance my English as I was at loss of word while talking and some times even was making grammatical errors; which is quite common these days.
I was looking for someone to help me and got enrolled for level 4 - course at Inlingua, I have paid Rs 10000 for the enrollment as well.
My satisfaction level was low since the beginning as out-take was almost nil. I communicated verbally as well as writing to the officials that I am not enjoying the sessions and Faculty "Vasudha" was more keen on taking a look at the her watch rather then paying attention to the class or students. When I communicated to officials in writing, after that I have noticed that her attitude towards me got changed and she started passing comments, ignoring & humiliating me for the mistake, she went to an extent that she refused to repeat the anything in case I didn’t get it.
When I spoke to the officials instead me provided me solution they told me that you should continue with the batch as they will not be able to provide me with the replacement as well as refund. Wherein my intake was that I need a replacement not refund.
So, friends my experience is that, they are over charging and they do not have quality. Please do not fall for this.
