All the ppl who like In2Cable@Mumbai - I mean no offense.
These guys were really good at the installation. ... but after that immediately started my woes.
I have an unlimited 64K plan with a terrayon cable modem at my place. I paid a handsome amount of moolah for the package but after a while my problems and soon my worst nightmare began.
The guys at the helpline are not upto the mark. The andheri guys are ok, but again are supposed to have partial control. The down time is pretty high unless u r lucky n the fault gets rectified by a miracle (generally the case) since they never find out the fault.
I am a above average comp user and so could generally fix most of my probs.
Another issue with these guys is that they keep reviewing n changing their policy. I earlier used to get a good download speed of 6k and it used to be ok ... now off late I get a max of 4k average and I am told that my account speed has been limited and this is the max they offer to users under unlimited plan.
In general, I would term them as a totally non - competent isp and can predict their doom soon if they dont shape up. I am one of the few users yet stuck with them but may not be the same next month, who knows ??
Meanwhile lets hope for the best and keep our fingers crossed
