We wanted to go for a day outing on Jan 1st with kids and family and hence decided on Innovtaive after reading the reviews here and also after discussing with few colleagues who already went there. I would say it was good place ig you go with least expectation. Please do not expect Disneyland Paris or Orlando standards here. For Bangalore version it is good. Though some improvements might not hurt.
We went with our 4 year kid, my mom Daad, mother in law and my sis family. Since there was mix of crowd we did not take any package ticket and took 50/- per head entry ticket. After going it was now our choice which place to see. This was the sequence we followed:
1) We reached IFC at 12:00 after having breakfast at some Mane retsurant on the way. Btw food and staff is horrible in this restaurant. Took 50/- entryticket for all.
2) First went to Fun plex 4D theater show. It is 10 min show charged 100/- per head. OK worth seeing once if you have not seen it earlier abroad.
3) Then went to’Ripley’s beleive it or not’. This was round 100 or 150 I do not remember exactly. This was worth going. We spent almost 1 hour here.
4) I wanted to go to Tussad’s Musuem, but since we will be going abroad some or other time it is better to see this wax musuem in London or New York. Hence skipped this.
5) Decided on going to Miniature City on the fly. This was 50/- per head. Thought I will see all the major monuments around the world. But I would say even if they allow free entry please do not go to this place. Horrible with no maintenance.
6) Our last detination was Aquaworld. Ticket for this is 150/- . This was worth. Good songs. Beach like atmosphere. Also changing and shower room are there. Also it is not mandatory to get into water only in swim wear. Whatever clothes your are wearing you can get into water straight.
Food options were also good with McD and food court functional on Jan 1st.Food in not allowed inside. but if you have kids they allow food after seeing the type of food.
Overall I would say go with least expectation and you will njoy this place with family.
