After coming to bangalore fm Mumbai, this was my second expereince in a multiplex after Inox at Garuda. and what a stark difference between two, . Only similarity was the ticket price.
Pl note that this is not a multiplex as the nasme sounds, it is a plain old fashioned theatre with no regards for amenities for the patrons.
The tele reservation numbers never work. the queues for all shows ( current and advance ) are together so unnecessary crowds. The entrance is lousy with food smell pervading all around you. I felt if I am sitting in a community kitchen.
The show timings are rarely adhered to. My 7 pm show started at 7.15 and just because they are late, the movie is immediately started once they open the door for the next show patrons, so by the time you occupy your seat, first few mins are missed. same is true for intervals.
The interiors of the movie hall is too ordinary, like any other normal theatre. sound and pic quality are ok. Seats are ok too. the AC was just ok.
the worst part is the entry and exit esp if you are having a vehicle.there is no decent parking place. you are directed to some open maidan, full of red mud, weed and overgrown grass. there is no light so do not be surpised if you get bugged at night. it took me nearly 7-8 mins of trudge along this dirt track to get out to main road and another 5 mins walk to theatre.
while leaving, there is only one exit/entrace, so a long wait as the attendent collects Rs. 10 for this ’service’ while cars queue up to get out.
absolutely pathetic experience. AVOID TILL THEY IMPROVE.
