When I heard about the Innovative multiplex, the very first multiplex in Bangalore being finally open to public, I was thrilled.But the experience I had was nothing short of a nightmare!. I was really excited to experience the multiplex dhamaka and I went for seeing the movie ’’Jhankaar Beats’’ braving the evening rains and that too in a bike and then landing up at the multiplex wet from head to toe. The show timing was from 6.15 but to out utter surprise there was no activity at the theatre till 6.30 and on enquiring found that there was some technical snag and the movie would start late but no idea when.They ofcouse gave us free cool drinks but I was already out of my minds waiting for the movie to start.The snacks were damp and stale. The only saving grace was the reclining seats and the A/C. Anyway the movie started and then we realised that we were experiencing two movies at the same time, well the next hall had ’’Mai prem ki diwani hun’’ and we could hear the screams and the ’’poos’’ of our Poo! in between the sweet nothings of our sweet Juhi!..., there is some serious acoustics flaw in the theatre.Ofcourse you can also hear the sounds of the jets landing inbtween as the multiplex comes right in the way of the Landing strip. All in all the the dhamaka turned out to be a damp squib.
