While coming out afte the movie we found that we don’t have money it’s 11pm in the night. We decided to pay parking amount using Paytm or card. They stopped car for 20min at 11pm and they are saying we don’t have pausing machine and paytm. What a stupid mall how it’s running without pausing . than I shouted at everyone asked manager to call . then they asked to move . 20min they stopped and worst behaviour of staff. one of the worst mall experience. Even they have converted rest room space to commercial space how pathetic.
