The customer care for inorbit mall is pathetic, which is not surprising, as in india there is nothing called "Customer Care" but since we are not short on customers, every manufacturer or outlet can go on doing there way.
I purchased a Samsung mobile from the inorbit mall hyderabad, the POS person took and addition Rs 151 for 2nd year extended warranty, I was told that the warranty document will be emailed within 24 hrs, but it did not happen. Called up the toll free number 18002097172 , the person on the other end said another 24hrs and it will be delivered, the second day I got an email saying that the warranty document is attached with it, ONLY that it was NOT!!, some one might missed attaching an email called up the third time , got the same answer that it will taken another 24 hrs. Guess what ?, 24hrs passed till no response.
So fellow customers, go ahead , visit the nearest inorbit mall, and get cheated, because thats all you are worth!!!!.
