I have been reading reviews of others and its true that customer service of inorbit mall as well as other malls is too bad. Once from proline fitness bought a cycle and had problem with it within warranty period but nobody came from there after complaint as well. It’s pathetic.
I can’t believe from chemistry bought a top and when I came back home then saw its one strap was stiched opposite. Similarly, from lifestyle purchased maybelline lipstick and imagine what! It was broken. Next day when I went back for exchange then of course they changed it but I asked them to check their piece. Can u imagine all new pieces of lipstick were broken.
This is not something new for me to observe here. Like in esbada store in inorbit only kept a Forbes piece of clutch during sale and that defect was easily visible. I mean how come they can be so careless about the products they are selling.
Also with the prices during sale they have problem especially lifestyle. Now finally I have stopped shopping from here. After spending so much of amount if still not getting quality and good stuff then it’s completely wastage of money, time and energy.
