I really don’t know how this Cinema hall has such good ratings, overall it was a horrible experience.
Watched the Avengers Infinity War on 28th 6:50 show.
?1. Extremely contested food area/ waiting area. Either you allow customers to enter 10ins in advance to the stated time or you need to rearrange your food counters.

?2. Horrible seats and very uncomfortable. Also the Sears are not numbered. How stupid.

?3. The 3D glasses were dirty and not very good, was seeing double throughout the movie.

?4. The sound was definitely not surrounded sound, very loud excessive treble and sounded like those old cone loud speaker.

?5. The shittiest experience of all was the food. Substandard food, low quality and low quantity for a rip off price.
?oh and they’re going plastic free so the soft drink cups have no straws and no covers, how inconvenient! make them out of alternative materials. A paper tea cup size of steamed corn costs 130 rupees.

?6. Dirty toilets. Yuck!

?7. OVERALL the experience was horrible, the prices of tickets were outrageous for the facilities. 450 bloody rupees for this? What a waste.

You people should come to Chennai and try SPI cinemas and see what a real movie experience is. Brilliant ambiance, food, seating and at reasonable prices.
They have none of the problems above and at brilliant proves of 220 rupees!
