Got 3 tickets of recliner for the movie Naal
The seats were not working.. During the movie u went out 6 times to tell the staff about the seat.. No one bothered to come.. After the movie we again waited for manager to come and attend us.. They offered to give half return first for the discomfort caused.. Then offered full return.. I didnt accept it as I wasnt doing this for such small Amount of return
Finally they made me speak yogesh the operation manager.. Who asked what can he do about it.. I gave him my no n told him you decide what can be done.. The person who had to suffer n face discomfort.. How are you and your team gonna compensate!
