Firstly when you reach at ticket counter their semi illiterate staff forcely sell food coupon with ticket eg: 2 tickets( Gold)= 360 & 200 rupees coupon= 560 ruppes. Second when you go to food court to redeem this coupon and a pack of popcorn, the unruly staff say you can by only sandwich. Hell it is indeed. Then one has to pay seprately popcorn or anything else he desires to gave. Very Bad experince. Moreover the theater is sticking . very bad odour surrounds.
