I feel so proud to say that my first movie theater experience was in here inox rajarhat @ city centre lI.
It’s really an amazing place to hangout in. I feel city centre 2 is much better than city centre 1. Well I know it differs from person to person. The price is fine. Great ambience. Workers are really good. Sound quality superb. Visual experience is mind blowing. Food quality is good. I must share this experience. Two years back while buying two tickets for a Bollywood movie ( Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani ) I mistakenly gave a hundred rupees note extra. Later when I got back home I realized the thing.
So I called back their customer care services. They were so responsive and serious about the fact I was really overwhelmed by their kind gesture. They immediately told me that they have a camera in front of their cash box and so they can detect the extra note from there. They personally called me after detecting the flaw and asked me to come and take back my money. I am still grateful to them . That’s why I have a strong feeling about inox. They really care for you. Rs 100/- is not a huge sum they could have easily evaded my request. But the way they helped me was really appreciable
