Not good in service. Not good in the movie experience. Seats are not comfortable in watching movie. Inox of crystal palm do not value for money.
Picture and sound quality is worst.
The canteen is too expensive to have anything in the movieto enjoy with.
So it do not value for money exactly, crystal palm is not my movie place.
They need improvement in their service. I don’t like to watch movie in this.
I would suggest to choose another theater for your movie experience afterall we’ll pay for it.
