Me and my family watched TIGER ZINDA HAI in this multiplex. The movie was superb. But one thing which we didn’t like is services of the Elements Mall.
They are charging higher ticket price from us but they are not giving adequate service. Sound Quality wasn’t proper. It wasn’t clear to listen.
If you are charging higher price it’s your duty to serve us better.
Food was also not good. Staff is also non-cooperative. At mid of the movie suddenly the sound was stopped. We were very disappointed with this multiplex.
It should boost it’s services for the customers.
