Booked tickets for The Angry Birds Movie on we weekday for 7:15 show. Due to rains in Whitefield on the same evening, some tree fell down near to INOX Forum Value Mall causing huge trafiic slow down. I along with my wife spent 2 hours to cover 3 kilometers and reached the mall at 8 pm.
Went directly to INOX ticketing counter and they said the tikcet cannot be issued. When I asked I wanted to watch atleast the remaining of the movie. The Ticket counter agent(Mohan Panchal) who couldn’t talk either in English/Hindi told us to talk to the manager.
Then we had to meet a person called Praveen. At this point of time, I was joined by a parent who was there with his kid who was also not allowed to the show. He requested them to provide a ticket to the next show. Which was obvious denied. At this point of time, the discussion is completely moved from asking about the current show and talking abt the tickets for the next show. After being denied for next show multiple times, the parent along with the kid left INOX.
I then countinued to ask why I am not being allowed to a show that I already paid, the counter agent(Mohan Panchal) quite rudely said "Go talk to the manager not me". At this point, I had to raise my voice and demand an explanation why I am not being allowed.
Then duty manager Naveen Kumar K shows up saying, one cannot print the tickets for the movie but can directly go in and watch the remaining show and I should have asked the secuirty regarding this. At this point Praveen(TL), duty manager Naveen Kumar K and few secuirty ganged up and started cornering me saying it was my mistake that I hadn’t asked security.
End of the day, I wasted time, money and harassed by management and staff of INOX Forum Value mall. I would never ever visit this place.
