Bought tickets to watch Kabali . Late night show. Mother father and the whole family . The theatre is in the 4th floor. The escalators were switched off. There was no security to direct us to the elevators. And my mother(an arthritis patient) had to climb up those damn 4 floors . As a daughter, it burned me from within and dreaded the choice of watching the movie here. Blood boils thinking about how she managed to climb the stairs and we ended up 20 minutes late to the show. All the staff had to say was "its the mall issue, we cant do anything" really now? So u have a show late in the night after the mall’s closing timings to make money? Take service tax? And say, hey who cares how you reach the 4th floor. Its not our issue? Cannot remove the image of the struggle my mother went through to get to 4th floor
