Worst ticketing and customer care Beware, do not book tickets using internet. Recently I was trying to book tickets for inox multiplex for movie KAMINEY at Jayanagar, Bangalore.
I was booking online using my credit card. As soon as the bank approved my transactions the the INOX server went off. I was unaware that my tickets are booked or not??I wanted to enquire that tickets are booked or not???
I called on the customer care number they talked to me and then told me to hold, but to my worst amusement, the people working there are just laughing behind, they were working in their own pace and enjoying the chito chat behind. After a long wait I came to know that no ticket was booked on my name. Most importantly they are not knowing most the answers. They do not know what to answer for the queries.
They told me to send a mail to them for more details. But no replies as I had assumed. Money has been debited from my account but still these people are showing no concern about this. Do not know what to do now. I am going to talk to my bank and see if something can be done.
When I talked to them again after a day, they are saying that I cannot book that tickets because that particular seats are only for GMs. What the hell was this????? If they do not want to sell that seats then why they have put it online????
Guys !! I just want to suggest you people that do not even try to book the tickets from inox site. You can lost your money as I may be losing. BEWAREEEEE!!!!!
