Just because INOX Bangalore is centrally located, INOX is looting people.
1st Point -
Y do they need to increase the price of tickets, whenever a very anticipated movie releases(ex - DHOOM2).They hiked the price to 250/-. Do they provide anythg special? NO.
And I read somewher below in one of the comment section, their PR exec says "If people r ready to pay 250/-.Why not charge them".So now people r ready to kick u, why not get kicked!
Its not a question of whether some1 can pay 250/- or not.Its a question of "value for money".
Y should some1 pay more for a service which doesnt cost so much?I want to ask the PR exec.where is their morality?
Ok.take 250 rupees.Provide that much worth of service.
Look at the seats. They do not go back properly(push back), not much leg space.Look at the screens. The sound quality.Improve them. Otherwise stand outside and sell the tickets for 250/- in "black".That would be really appropriate.
*2nd POint
Their SMS booking is pathetic.Their earlier number 303030 never worked, though u were charged for the SMS.They have come up with a new number.I donno hw better is it from the previous one.
They do not have online booking.Insufficient ticket counters and more than that ignorant people sitting at them.
I clearly remember the evening on last friday(11th May 2007) . The time was around 6:15 PM.Their booking system conked off.BOOOOM!A long Q standing for tickets, really "cluless". They dint even know the system went bad.And the idiots, or so called "INOX reps", dint even bother to make an announcement to make the people aware. The outage was for 30 mins! Its only after people started getting angry, the guards were telling them what was wrong. Clearly pathetic.
*3rd Point
Even after paying higher the amount to a single screen and the rates being at par to PVR, what u get is substandard seats. As mentioned above really uncomfortable.Very less leg space. Screens are really small.Sound quality is just about OK(no comparison to the excellent quality at PVR).
And more importantly they lack customer service.Their attitiude is very bad.
I have decided not to go there( I know it wont make any difference to the morons).
Even after these, if INOX is doing well, its only because of its convenient location.

*INOX excels again in Idiocy and the Customer execs prove they are the most stupid and insensitive people on earth
Three of my colleagues decided to watch Cheeni Kum in Inox yesterday. They saw on their website that the online booking is possible. They booked tickets for 7:00 PM show. They reached there at 6 and when they went to the booking counter to get their tickets. The customer exec tried to print the tickets and ooooooooooooops, their system gave a runtime error. They tried next counter and same issue. The customer execs dint even bother to tell what the issue was and kept discussing themselves, laughing as well. This behavior irked not only my colleagues, but also some of the other some other customers who faced same issues.Only after every1 started shouting, they came back to real world.Believe it or not, they started writing the tickets manually and gave to the customers, that too, after the people had to wait for almost 45 mins at the counter, looking at this idiots .
So INOX does it again!
