I am writing this review because this happened to me 2 times in the same place.
If you decide to buy anything at the canteen during the interval of your movie, be very very careful as over billing is very very common especially if you order multiple items.
I ordered 2 bottle of water, nachos, sambosa, and one coke. 90% of people dont check the bill and just pay it. But I was billed for 2 cokes. I am 100% sure that this was done in purpose because it has happened to me 2 weeks in a row. IT cant be a co incidence. And when you collect your order, they ask for your copy and try to forget to return it to you so you cant find out about the mistake later.
How these guys benifit is later when someone orders a single coke, they will have a used bill of a few hours back and just give it to the new customer and collect money. This is a very smart thing to do and they know that no one will waste time to escalate the matter as they will miss the move.
I even wrote about it in a suggestion box but I think that one of them would have removed the suggestion from reaching their boss. But anyways I didnt want to waste anymore of my time. I just hope that the bosses are reading this as I really wish to go back there again.
