SMS Booking is for those who can’t go in advance to get the tickets.
I had booked two film tickets for Taxi No.9211, well in advance through SMS. We had got the Confirmation ID also on our Mobile. Due to traffic problems in Bangalore, I happened to reach 15mins late than the scheduled time of COLLECTING Tickets. (Note that, not to the movie). The Customer Service people had sold the tickets to someone else and started arguing with me.
They initially told that you should have come atleast 10mins late than the scheduled collecting of tickets. Then they mentioned, the ticket booking gets cancelled before one hr automatically by the Computer. I could not realize which is correct!!
Funny people, more over that, they started arguing with me. Especially the supervisor for all those who gives the ticket.
Such a lousy service is from Inox. We feel, booking through SMS is for those who can’t go to the theatre well in advance, and get tickets. I feel, the customer service people are playing around (those who give the tickets)
