I like to go for movies in cinemas and multiplex. In udaipur city 3 theaters are available including INOX. I had gone for watching movie only for single time and my experince was not so good here.
These are advantages of it-
~ ambience of hall is so good, clean and fresh.
~ picture quality is very well and dolby sound is very effective and clear for every part of the hall.
~ service is also good as other multiplex.
~ interior is fine and sober.
These are disadvantages of it.-
~ very costly tickets. Parking facility is also very costly. Distribution of tickets rates are high as their location and sitting arrangements are same for sits. 3D glasses charge is very high to watch 3D movies
~ sitting is not comfortable for long time sitting.
~ poor quality snakes worst sandwitch gives us.
~ no facility of drinking water if we demand then they will offer to us.
~ booking service on site is not good.
~ people requires locker but no facility there.
Thus I am not happy with service of INOX. It’s such a very big brand and I don’t aspect these all.
Just keep in mind before go into it.
